Introducing Lindeman's Strawberry!  

The first new fruited lambic in over a decade. The strawberry was chosen for the new lambic because it is a very noble and delicate fruit with well balanced flavor between sweet and sour.  The complex sweetness of the strawberries matches perfectly with the sourness of the lambic and gives it a nice soft red color.  This fantastic beer pairs very well brie cheese, balsamic vinegar salad, lobster, rosemary crested lamb chops, and of coarse cheesecake.
